I am riding a white Cougar in TT events based in Peebles. Only had it a season but its certainly different and always gets comments form passers by. Also done a sportive on it.
I spent a summer working for Mike Dixon Cycles in Ormskirk and managed to nab a ride on one of these. I only rode around the town centre but it was very lively.
I can't remember how it came about, but it may have involved Dave Williams (ex-pro and Liverpool Mercury) who at the time was repping for Mike Dixon's import business.
